1. Scope

These terms explain how orders work when you use Carbon Prints for custom 3D printing.

2. Quotes and Order Acceptance

Quotes are based on the files and settings you choose. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and we accept it for production.

3. Lead Time and Shipping

Our standard lead time is up to five business days from payment confirmation, unless we agree otherwise with you directly.

We usually ship within two business days, but that is a target and not a guaranteed deadline unless we explicitly agree to one.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If your order has not shipped within five business days after payment confirmation, you can cancel by emailing [email protected]. We will process a full refund without delay.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are handled under the returns section below.

5. Printability Review and Order Adjustments

Every file goes through a real-world printability check before and during production.

If a part is not printable to a usable standard, we may remove that part from your order or cancel the whole order. If we do, we refund the cancelled part in full, or the full order amount if the whole order is cancelled.

6. Returns and Defects

3D printed parts can sometimes have cosmetic issues like surface finish marks or minor layer blemishes. Other times, a part may not be fit for service.

You decide whether you want to return a part. If you want a refund, please send the part back to us and we will refund it once received.

Please contact us within seven calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help quickly.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Items

We do not print submissions that create legal, safety, or abuse risk. This includes any files that are:

• illegal or intended for harmful or abusive use;
• unsafe to produce, handle, or use;
• someone else's protected intellectual property without permission;
• likely to create serious fraud, chargeback, or compliance risk.

If we have concerns in these areas, we may pause, decline, or cancel the order.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your files, drawings, and order details are treated as private and confidential.

We use them only to quote, produce, support, and deliver your order. We do not sell your files or intentionally share them, except where needed for payment, shipping, core operations, or legal compliance.

By uploading a file, you confirm you have the right to have it manufactured.

9. Payment and Chargebacks

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We keep clear order, communication, and shipping records so any dispute can be handled fairly.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, to the extent allowed by law.
